Yes — new clients must complete a consultation before booking any maintenance services. This helps assess your loc health, grid, timing needs, and week classification.

How do I know which retie week I fall under?

Your retie tier is based on the number of weeks since your last retie:
• 4–6 Weeks → $150
• 7–10 Weeks → $170
• 11+ Weeks → $210
You can see your previous appointment dates in the booking app.

How long will my appointment take?

All retie appointments have a 3-hour minimum.
Appointments that require additional time will be billed hourly.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes — as long as you reschedule through the booking app 48+ hours before your appointment time. Same-day requests follow the same-day cancellation policy.
