📌 Booking Policy All appointments must be booked online through the booking site or app. A valid card on file is required to secure any appointment. Appointment reminders are sent automatically — please ensure your contact info is correct. New client consultations are required before booking maintenance appointments. If For Any Reason You Are Unable To Make Your Appointment YOU Are Responsible For Contacting Me To Cancel 48 Hours BEFORE Your Scheduled Appointment Or Reschedule It Using The Email That You Received Upon Booking. You have a 15 min grace period after the 15min you are considered late and YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $30 and if you are more than 20 mins late please reschedule your appointment. LAST MIN Cancellations Will Be Charged 50% Of Your Services. NO CALL NO SHOWS Will Be Charged 100% Of Your Services with the card on file & Will Not Be Permitted To Book Again. NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE Please Do Not Bring Children With You To Your Appointment Unless We Have Spoken Prior To Your Appointment.
